Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 Pieces
    skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 Teaspoon
    garlic
  • Olive oil Pam spray
  • 1 Piece
    onion thinly sliced
  • 14.5 Ounces
    (1 Can) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup
    balsamic vinegat
  • 1 Teaspoon
    dried basil
  • 1 Teaspoon
    dried oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon
    dried rosemary
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper

  2. Heat skillet with pam, cook seasoned chicken until brown, about 4 minutes each side. add onion and cook until brown about 4 minutes

  3. Pour diced tomatoes and balsamic vinegar over chicken, season with herbs. Simmer for about 15 minutes

  4. Enjoy!
