Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 Teaspoons
    melted butter
  • 1/2 Cup
    organic maple syrup
  • 4 Pieces
    ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 Pieces
    large eggs, beaten
  • 2 Cups
    essential eating sprouted flour
  • 2 Teaspoons
    baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    baking soda

Instructions

  1. Blend butter and syrup

  2. Add bananas and eggs

  3. Mix in dry ingredients ito wet

  4. Pour batter into muffin pan sprayed with Pam

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes or insert tester into center of muffins until it comes out clean

  6. Cool and enjoy
