Easy Chilled Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds
    ripe tomato, peeled, and chopped
  • garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons
    balsamic vinegar
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend tomatoes and garlic in blender. Blend until smooth

  2. Press mixture through sieve to remove seeds

  3. Stir in balsamic vinegar and season to taste with pepper

  4. Chill in fridge

  5. Enjoy!
