Healthy Asian Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon
    olive oil
  • 10 Pieces
    shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 8 Ounces
    (can) water chestnuts sliced
  • 2 Pounds
    ground chicken
  • sesame seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons
    mirin
  • 1 Teaspoon
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon
    oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon
    lite soy sauce
  • iceberg or radicchio lettuce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in pan, add onions and saute then add mushrooms

  2. Add ground chicken ans stir for 5 minutes until in small pieces

  3. Add rest of ingredients and cook until carmelized

  4. Add desired amount of chicken mixture to lettuce leaf

  5. Enjoy!
